Most pools are completed in 4–6 weeks after permits are issued, and there is no waitlist to get started.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle design, engineering, permitting and inspections for pools, structures and remodels in Monroe County, the Village of Islamorada and the City of Marathon.
Can one company do the pool, deck, kitchen and landscaping?
Yes. That's our specialty. One team designs and builds the whole backyard, so the pool, pavers, turf, outdoor kitchen, pergolas and walls are planned together.

Every project is quoted after a site visit. Price depends mainly on size and depth, features like spas, sun shelves and infinity edges, finishes, decking, equipment and site conditions such as coral rock and dewatering in the Keys. We send a detailed written proposal so you can see where the budget goes.
